Willow Pond rescues horses that have been abused, neglected, or are otherwise unwanted.  Once staff and volunteers have physically, mentally, and emotionally rehabilitated them, our horses either join the “herd”, working in our youth development, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and riding school programs, or we find them loving new placements.  As with most nonprofit horse rescues, though, the number of wonderful animals we are able to rescue depends so much on our budget.  Your support, in the form of a donation or sponsorship, means we can continue to expand the services we provide for these horses.

Trivia: Unbeknownst to everyone at the ranch, Ziggy enjoys jumping so much, he free jumps any constructed obstacles in the arena while he's turned out - all on his own!
