Elizabeth Hanson is the creator of Equestrian Pilates ®, a fitness program for riders. Equestrian Pilates ® increases body awareness, flexibility and strength to help riders of any discipline or skill level get the most from their ride. She offers private sessions, half day clinics at the barn, and on-the-horse evaluations.
